HOT - AIR UNIVERSAL OVEN (MEMMERT TYPE) (THREE SIDE HEATING ELEMENT)
Standard double wall fabrication. Inner chamber made of richly anodized aluminium or highly polished stainless steel sheet. Exteroir fabricated out of thickmild sheet duly finished in stoved enamel off-white paint orpastle mat finish colour combinations. The gap between the walls is filled with-special grade glass-wool for heat insulation. Inner chamber is ribbed for placing shelves at convenient levels. Provided with two or three removable shelves. Special elegant door closing device has been provided.
Nichrome wire heating elements provided on three sides attain quick and uniform heating in range of 50'C to 250'± I 'C controlled by capillary type thermostat.
L-Shaped thermometer is built-in type. Control panel is provided with selector switch of high or low rates of power, thermostat control knob and indicators for mains & thermostat. Supplied with cord and plug. The equipment is suitable to operate on 220V AC 50 Hz single phase.

Panel is provided with pilot lamps for mains & heaters, On-off switch, tamp. Control knob etc. The equipment is workable on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase. Heating is achieved from 3 sides.
Perfarated removable shelves also provided.

INCUBATOR B.O.D. (BIO-CHEMICAL-OXYGEN DEMAND)
Designed for low temperature incubation and routine determination of Bio-Chemical Oxygen Demand (B.O.D.). Double wall construction. Inner chamber made of richly anodized aluminum or highly polished stainless steel sheet with self supports for wide range of shelf spacing. Supplied with two/three removeable perforated shelves. Exterior made out of thick mild steel sheet duly finished in white storving enamel paint or paste mat finish colour combinations. Outer double wall door is provided with magnetic gasket and lock & key arrangement. Inner door made out of clear acrylic sheet allowing inspection of material in the chamber without distributing the chamber temperature. Door operated inner illumination has been provided. The gap between walls of equipment are filled with glass wool for temp. insulation. The cabinet is mounted on castors.
Temperature is controlled by a sensitive thermostat from 5°C to 50°C f 1°C. For lower temp. Working a standard cooling unit with a sealed compressor with protective devices has been provided below the chamber for safe and efficient working. Heating arrangement has been made within the chamber for higher temp. Working. The temp. can be regulated within the range by means of a high precision double action then-no-regulator. Inner air circulating system is provided to achieve uniform temperature in the whole chamber. A control panel is provided with various indicators, on off switch, Lshaped thermometer. SEROLOGICAL WATER BATH
Double wall construction, inner being made out of highly polished thick stainless steel and outer made out of thick mild steel sheet finished in stoving white enamel paint or staple mat colour combinations. The gap is filled with special glass wool for temp. insulation. The bath is provided with a drain cock to easily drainout the water and clean the chamber when required. Apyramidal shaped cover is provided.
Immersion type heating elements are fitted at bottom. Temp. range 5°C above ambient to 80°C with accuracy f 0.5°C to 1°C is controlled by capillary thermostat regulated by a graduated knob on the panel, which is also provided with pilot lamp etc. The equipment is workable on 220V AC 50 Hz single phase. The baths are supplied without racks, thermometer and stirring arrangement. |

HUMIDITY CABINET
Double walled construction, under made out of richly anodized aluminium or stainless steel sheet and outer that of thick mild steel duly finished in stoving enamel paint. Gap is filled with glass wool for temp., insulation. A circulation fan has been provided to maintain uniform temp. & humidity through out the chamber. Nichrome heating elements are provided to heat the chamber effectively.
Temperature range from ambient to 60°C is controlled by a thermostat, L-Shaped thermometer is provided to indicate temp.in the chamber. Humidity is created by generating steam by heating water in a stainless steel reservoirs by an immersion heater and subsequently condensation in circulating air. The humidity is controlled by a humidistat from atmospheric humidity to 95% t 3% RH.
The double walled door has been provided with a double wall clear glass window for observation in the chamber without opening the door and disturbing chamber conditions.
